One of my favorite things to do is look at religious art history and especially “Christian” art that originates from other countries and is informed by the holy Bible. It thrills and delights me every time I see the Christ child with the mother illuminated in ethnic identities beyond the westernized white image. Thank you so much for writing about this topic.
